Requirements ✅
✔️ Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program
✔️ Active Maryland NA license and current BLS certification
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience with geriatric patients
✔️ Compassion, patience, reliability, strong communication, and teamwork

Responsibilities ✅
✔️ Assist patients with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding
✔️ Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to supervising nurse
✔️ Provide mobility support and prevent falls
✔️ Maintain a compassionate, respectful environment
✔️ Document care accurately and follow facility policies
