Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Baltimore, MD (#SM0042)

Requirements ✅
✔️ Completion of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active MD LPN license and current BLS certification
✔️ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Responsibilities ✅
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✔️ Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress
✔️ Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with healthcare team
✔️ Educate patients and families on medications and recovery goals
✔️ Maintain accurate clinical records and follow safety protocols
✔️ Provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs
