✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
✔️ License: Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license
✔️ Certification: Current BLS certification
✔️ Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN clinical experience
✔️ Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct patient assessments and implement appropriate care plans
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and necessary interventions
✔️ Monitor and document patient conditions and clinical progress
✔️ Assist physicians with medical procedures and patient care
✔️ Maintain infection control and safety standards
✔️ Provide patient and family education regarding care and recovery
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
