Provide hands-on, compassionate nursing care in a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, supporting patient recovery and collaborating with a skilled healthcare team.

✔️ 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (EST/EDT)
✔️ 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (EST/EDT)
✔️ 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (EST/EDT)
✔️ All shifts include a 30-minute break
✅ Qualifications
✔️ Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
✔️ Active Maryland LPN license
✔️ Current BLS certification
✔️ Minimum 1 year of relevant LPN experience
✔️ Strong compassion, reliability, communication, and teamwork skills
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✔️ Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress
✔️ Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians
✔️ Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery goals
✔️ Maintain accurate clinical records, including medication logs and shift reports
✔️ Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies
✔️ Provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs
