Maternity Leave Coverage: Monday 9-6 and Tuesday 7:30-4:30, (closed 1/1)
Cases: Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration.
Will not license
Credentialing timeframe: one week minimum between offer and start
