Salary: $190,000 - $240,000.

Overview:
A highly regarded financial institution is seeking a strategic leader to head up its Network Operations Analytics and Automation efforts. This is a critical role responsible for transforming global network operations through advanced automation, AI-driven analytics, and innovative solutions that drive uptime, reliability, and efficiency.
This position offers the chance to lead a global team of engineers and analysts, deliver next-gen automation, and align technology strategies with core business goals-all within a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead high-performing global teams across analytics and software engineering.
Define and execute a strategy for network automation and data-driven operations.
Drive automation-first approaches to minimize manual tasks and reduce downtime.
Implement centralized analytics, self-healing systems, and performance monitoring.
Develop and track operational KPIs and service-level objectives.
Ensure regulatory and security compliance across all automation initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Leadership Responsibilities:
Conduct performance reviews and manage career development initiatives.
Oversee workforce planning and financial oversight within the team.
Communicate enterprise strategies clearly and consistently.
Identify and manage risks while championing a culture of accountability.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
15+ years in network operations, automation, and team leadership.
Expertise in technologies such as Terraform, Itential, NetDevOps, Splunk, Python, React JS, Django, MySQL, and Redis.
Experience with AI/ML-driven observability and analytics tools.
Proven ability to lead technical teams across complex global organizations.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
Understanding of public and hybrid cloud networking environments.
