✅ Requirements
✔️ Completion of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active NJ LPN license and current BLS certification
✔️ Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience
✔️ Compassion, reliability, strong communication, attention to detail

✅ Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✔️ Monitor, document, and report patient conditions and vital signs
✔️ Assist with care plan implementation alongside RNs and providers
✔️ Educate patients and families on medications and post-care needs
✔️ Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication logs
✔️ Follow infection control, safety standards, and facility policies
✔️ Provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs
