✔️ Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
✔️ Active New Jersey LPN license
✔️ Current BLS certification
✔️ Minimum of one year of relevant experience
✔️ Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
✅ Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✔️ Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress
✔️ Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with healthcare team members
✔️ Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medications
✔️ Maintain accurate clinical records and shift reports
✔️ Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies
✔️ Provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs
