✔️ ADN/BSN + Active NY RN License
✔️ BLS Certification (current or renewable)
✔️ 1.5+ years recent acute Med Surg/Tele experience
✔️ Proficient in IVs, lab draws, and telemetry interpretation
✔️ Strong communication + rapid clinical decision-making
