✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Review and edit pre-final dispute determinations for accuracy and compliance.
✔️ Perform clinical and mathematical edits using case documentation.
✔️ Collaborate with peers and supervisors to improve document quality.
✔️ Proofread content for grammar, clarity, and precision before final release.
✔️ Track and analyze errors to support team training and quality improvements.
✔️ Provide technical assistance and contribute to staff huddles.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: BSN or graduate of an approved RN training program; strong writing/editing proficiency required.
✔️ Licensure: Active NY State RN license.
✔️ Experience: 2+ years in acute care (medicine/surgery or special care units) and 1–3 years in utilization review.
✔️ Technical Skills: EMR proficiency, coding, quality, and clinical charting knowledge.
✔️ Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, strong writing and editing ability, analytical thinker, team player.
