Shift: Evening (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

✅ Qualifications
✔️ High school diploma or GED (Sterile Processing or Surgical Tech program preferred)
✔️ Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST – HSPA/IAHCSMM)
✔️ 1+ year of Central Service experience in a healthcare facility
✔️ Skilled in sterilization, equipment handling, and inventory control
✔️ Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments
✔️ Maintain accurate sterilization and inventory records
✔️ Operate sterilization and decontamination equipment
✔️ Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
✔️ Distribute sterile supplies across departments efficiently
