✔️ Every other Saturday & Sunday required

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide direct evening nursing care to residents
✔️ Administer medications & treatments accurately
✔️ Monitor and document vital signs and condition changes
✔️ Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and care staff
✔️ Maintain compliance with facility policies and standards
✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
✔️ Active New York State LPN license
✔️ 1+ year nursing home experience required
✔️ Strong documentation & medication administration skills
✔️ Must be immune to Hepatitis B
✔️ Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
