✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Review NYS dispute and external review determinations for clinical accuracy, grammar, formatting, and state-required standards.
✔️ Use clinical judgment to refine case responses and produce polished final copies.
✔️ Track errors, identify trends, and support training to improve team performance.
✔️ Participate in staff huddles and provide technical and editorial assistance as needed.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Nursing or approved RN program, with an active NY RN license.
✔️ At least two years of acute care experience plus experience in utilization review.
✔️ Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills, with EMR and clinical documentation knowledge.
✔️ Ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and communicate effectively; writing sample required.
