✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Staffing Coordination: Oversee nurse assignments across programs, ensuring coverage with qualified, cleared staff
✔️ Credentialing & Compliance: Verify nurse credentials, OSH training, and DOE access before assignments
✔️ Scheduling Oversight: Maintain real-time awareness of nurse schedules, vacancies, and float pools
✔️ System Management: Ensure proper use of OSH and DOE systems (Vendor Portal, ANT, ASHR, SESIS, WeLearn)
✔️ Billing & Reporting: Track key operational metrics, verify timesheets, and support billing workflows
✔️ Training Logistics: Coordinate nurse training and retraining sessions
✔️ Communication: Facilitate smooth communication among nurses, supervisors, clinical staff, and DOE liaisons
✔️ Continuous Improvement: Support data-driven process enhancements and operational quality standards

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s in Health Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Education, or related field required; Master’s preferred
✔️ Experience: 3–5 years in health, human services, education, or staffing/program management; experience with school health or large field-based programs preferred
