✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active New York State LPN license
✔️ Current BLS Certification
✔️ Minimum 1 year of relevant LPN experience
✔️ Strong compassion, reliability, communication, and teamwork skills
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✔️ Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress
✔️ Assist with care plan implementation in collaboration with RNs, therapists, and physicians
✔️ Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medications, and recovery goals
✔️ Maintain accurate clinical records, including medication logs and shift reports
✔️ Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
✔️ Provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs during rehabilitation
