✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

✔️ Experience: 5–8 years progressive HR experience with 2–3 years in leadership, preferably in healthcare
✔️ Expertise: HR compliance, labor laws, policy design, organizational development
