✅ Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
✔️ Active New York State RN license required
✔️ BCLS, Infection Control, and Child Abuse certifications required
✔️ Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience required
✔️ FQHC or community health experience preferred
✔️ Strong EHR and clinical workflow knowledge
✔️ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Support daily clinical operations and patient care coordination
✔️ Assist in evaluating nursing care quality and implementing improvements
✔️ Monitor clinical supplies, equipment, and workflow efficiency
✔️ Lead and facilitate staff meetings and team communication
✔️ Coordinate emergency referrals and care transitions
✔️ Participate in performance improvement initiatives
✔️ Assist with staffing, hiring, and evaluations when needed
✔️ Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulations
✔️ Step in for Nurse Manager duties as required
✔️ Promote high-quality, equitable patient care across all services
