✔️ Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
✔️ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
✔️ Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition
✔️ Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
✔️ Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and CNAs
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
✔️ Follow infection control and safety protocols
✔️ Support individualized care plans for each resident
