✔️ Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
✔️ Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
✔️ Measure and record vital signs as directed
✔️ Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
✔️ Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely documentation
✔️ Follow infection control and safety protocols
✔️ Help create a safe, comfortable environment for residents
