This role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care during night shifts, including medication administration, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting long-term care residents in a skilled nursing setting.

✔️ Assist with ADLs (bathing, grooming, mobility, feeding)
✔️ Document all care and interventions accurately in EMR
✔️ Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
✔️ Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
✔️ Supervise and support CNAs as needed
