Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patient conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform sterile processing of medical equipment and instruments
- Assist with neonatal ventilator management and support
- Conduct health coaching and education for patients and their families
- Coordinate durable medical equipment (DME) needs for patients
- Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing
- Administer dermal fillers and perform esthetic laser treatments as needed
- Assist with medical imaging procedures
Skills:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in various medical procedures and treatments
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, such as Athenahealth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and medication administration
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
