✅ Requirements
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
✔️ Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license
✔️ Current BLS certification
✔️ Minimum of one year of RN experience
✔️ Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and effective communication skills
✔️ Cultural competency, collaboration, adaptability, and a positive attitude
✅ Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct patient assessments and implement triage protocols
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
✔️ Monitor and document patient conditions
✔️ Assist physicians with medical procedures
✔️ Maintain infection control standards
✔️ Provide patient and family education
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary emergency response teams
