Requirements ✅
✔️ Completion of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active PA LPN license and current BLS certification
✔️ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
✔️ Strong communication, reliability, compassion, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities ✅
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✔️ Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress
✔️ Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with healthcare team
✔️ Educate patients and families on medications and recovery goals
✔️ Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
✔️ Provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs
