✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct thorough patient exams and assessments.
✔️ Develop and implement diagnostic and therapeutic care plans.
✔️ Order and interpret lab tests and diagnostic studies.
✔️ Perform procedures within the scope of practice.
✔️ Prescribe medications and treatments.
✔️ Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members.
✔️ Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
✔️ Provide patient education and counseling.
✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
✔️ Licensure: Active New York State PA license.
✔️ Experience: 2 years preferred; new graduates welcome.
✔️ Language: Bilingual in Italian or Spanish preferred.
✔️ Technical Skills: Proficient in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
✔️ Soft Skills: Leadership, strong communication, teamwork, and cultural competence.
