About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide inpatient hospitalist coverage during day shifts on an on-site basis, following a 7 on/7 off schedule with call required 3 times per week. Responsibilities include rounding on an adult patient population with a case load of 21-25 patients per doctor.
