HOSPITALIST / NOCTURNIST PHYSICIAN OR APP

✓ Schedule: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, 7 on/7 off
✓ Setting: 109-bed hospital
✓ Patient Population: Adults with acute medical conditions
✓ Patient Ratio: 1:10–15
✓ Charting: Epic

REQUIREMENTS:
✓ NY State License in hand
✓ Board Certified
✓ Minimum 2 years of recent experience
✓ Epic experience required
✓ AHA BLS & ACLS — AHA or RQI accepted
✓ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✓ No Residents or Fellows
✓ CV required at submission
✓ Updated work history with no gaps of 30+ days
✓ Physician statement required for any malpractice history, whether dismissed or not

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓ Provide general medical care to hospitalized adults
✓ Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses
✓ Conduct patient admissions and follow-up
✓ Coordinate care for hospitalized patients
✓ Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and X-rays
✓ Communicate with patients and outpatient providers
