Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner Sebastian, FL
We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full-time in Sebastian, FL. Join our practice delivering leading edge care of adult/geriatric care. We are a medical practice that provides high quality care to our community, and we are looking for an experienced PA/NP who is compassionate, a great communicator, and enjoys helping patients. The job duties primarily entail primary care within our outpatient adult/geriatric medicine office, covering offices calls, and may include rounding on patients at the ALF.

Duties:
• Patient exam/evaluations (physical exam, review pertinent medical history/records/imaging)
• Order/review diagnostic testing/labs/bloodwork
• Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
• Patient education re: diagnosis, treatment plan options and lifestyle modifications
• Treatments for acute and chronic conditions
• Documentation- timely and accurate
• Collaboration with the MD and staff for comprehensive patient care
• Make phone calls/emails as needed or required for patient care
• Medication refills as needed
• Outpatient calls 1:3
• May include rounding at the ALF
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited PA/NP program
• PA or NP license in FL
Schedule:
• Monday – Friday (8-5)
• Weekend outpatient calls 1:3
Salary (range):
• $95k-$110k per year
