Nurse Practitioner South Miami, FL
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice part time in South Miami, FL. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with Rheumatology experience in the area that wants to work part time only, 2 days per week, helping us provide high quality care to our community. We offer a flexible schedule and hours can be tailored. We prefer the incoming provider be bilingual in Spanish/English. Clinic hours will be split between scheduled times for seeing typical rheumatology patients, and other scheduled times for treating knee osteoarthritis patients with viscosupplementation (hyaluronic acid).

We have a dedicated team of internal medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, and chiropractors who collaborate to provide a comprehensive approach to our patient’s health and wellness needs.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients with rheumatic diseases, such as arthritis, lupus, and fibromyalgia.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Conduct physical examinations and order diagnostic tests, such as blood tests and imaging studies.
- Perform joint injections and aspirations under fluoroscopic guidance.
- Provide patient education on managing symptoms, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment strategies.
