We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Jacksonville, IL.
We are looking for a provider who can join us on providing direct patient care at our state-of-the-art physical medicine facility. Our ideal NP is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point, joint injections, and Regen med injections. The ideal candidate has experience diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal conditions. A plus would be some experience with Botox/filler injections.

Duties:
• Patient exam/evaluation musculoskeletal focused (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging, orthopedic/ROM testing)
• Order and review tests/labs
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises, and various modalities
• Manage patient care- Writing treatment orders for therapy, rehab, and DME
