Nurse Practitioner Baltimore, MD
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our medical group full time in Baltimore, MD. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner is compassionate, provides excellent patient care, and has experience working in pain management. Experience with injections preferred.

Our medical team provides a multidisciplinary approach to total spine care, and we have been serving the community for over 13 years. We use the most innovative techniques for treating conditions of the spine to ensure their patients can enjoy a life without pain or limitations. We also offer compassionate pain management services and utilize minimally invasive interventional methods to alleviate chronic pain caused by certain medical conditions. Our facility is fully equipped to handle most outpatient procedures in the comfortable office-based surgical suites. Certified anesthesiologists are on staff to provide pain management procedures. We offer patient-centered care and strive to provide customer service excellence with each visit.
Duties:
• Assess, plan and treat patient needs
• Take and/or review patient histories and vital signs as necessary
• Diagnosis and Treatment of a wide variety of conditions
• Order labs, tests, injections, referrals and prescribe medications
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures (injections)
• Consult with Chief Medical Officer or other lead Providers on medical care of patients
• Patient education re: diagnosis/course of treatment/discharge instructions, and communication with other clinical staff
• Create an individualized plan of care based on physical, psychosocial and age specific assessments of the patient
• Maintain an adequate patient flow on site by providing direction to clinical and front desk staff
• Provide accurate and timely documentation -completing EMR charting by the end of each shift
Requirements:
• Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program
