We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice part time in Myrtle Beach, SC. We are looking for a NP to join us 2-3 days per week.

The NP duties include performing medical and functional assessments/exams, performing joint and trigger point injections, ordering physical therapy and bracing/DME as needed.

Duties:
• Patient Consultations (Review medical history, healthcare needs and goals, review pertinent records)
• Patient exams (musculoskeletal focused)
• Order and review diagnostic imaging/labs/bloodwork
• Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to the treatment plan, care plan options, pre and post care, and DME/bracing options if deemed medically necessary
• Perform treatments to include joint injections and trigger point injections
