Shift times – need is for 4 days a week, ideally Tues/Thursday at WW Clinic M/W at LL Clinic (7:30 – 5PM )Dates – ASAP

Census – 20 injections/average a day

EMR – E-MD

Shift Information for Sales Ops:- Please build 4 shifts a week for Dec, Jan, Feb

More Information: Geriatric Rehab, Open to any training, ORTHO, IM, FM, GS, as long as they can do fluoroscope guided trigger point injections. Will do weight loss and rejuvenation therapy (PRP). Open to 3, 6, 9 month contracts.
