• M-F 8AM-5PM
o NO PART TIME-Provider must work 4-5 DAYS/wk
• Adult patients only
• 3-4 patients per hour
o Mainly sick/well visits, chronic care
o No procedures
• Multiple providers on staff
• Full support staff
