Shift Details: 8a-4:30p
Schedule: M-F
• Support staff: Occupational Health Unit providers/staff; provider will collaborate with clinical staff on patient and workers’ compensation case management
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time, M-F for the duration of assignment.
• Patients per day: Supports operations at a meat packing plant it fluctuates day to day but client offers 16 slots per day
• Patient population/age: Adults
• EMR: OHM - it’s an occupational health platform owned by the client company

• 1 week to credential
• 7 week assignment
• Full time availability needed
