• June 19 (or July 1) - 3 months with possible extension
• NP or PA
• Provider must be okay working solo & without use of cell phones/internet while at facility.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience
• Physicals, general sick visits
• M-F, 8 hour days or can work 4 10’s if preferred
• Ages 16 and up
• Privs will take 1-2 weeks
• Will Pay Travel & Lodging
