• 3 month assignment while searching for permanent providers
• Monday-Friday but will consider 3 days minimum
• 18 years and up only.
• 14-18 patients/day
• EMR-Athena
• Appointments and Walk-ins, normal visits including Diabetic and Obesity populations, other staff on-site
• NOT open to T&L at this time, open to considering mileage reimbursement
• No Call
• Quick Credentialing
