- 100% Outpatient
- ASAP Start (3 month contract)
- 2-3 week credentialing
- Mon, Wed, Thur 8a-8p. Tues & Fri 8:30-5:15p. Providers rotate which 8 hrs they work
- HP will work alongside 3 mid-levels, 1 part-time FP doc, & 1 full-time Family Practice, & 1 part-time IM doc.
- Will Pay Travel and lodging
- NY lic, DEA, and BLS needed
