• Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
• Family Medicine Setting
• 100% Outpatient
• December 4th Ongoing
• Locums to Perm Only
• Hours: M: 7a-3p; Tue: 5a-1p; W: 10a-6p; Thu: 9a-5p; Fri: 5a-1p
• Patients per day: 15-20
• Active OH license, DEA, BLS, ACLS, DOT is a plus (will cover DOT if needed)
• Will Provide lodging if Needed
