TWO Family Practice or Internal Medicine physicians (or Nurse Practitioner) for full-time coverage near Eugene, Oregon
- Ongoing locum tenens coverage while facility searches for permanent hires
o 3-month initial contract, with the ability to extend
- Monday – Friday
- Treating all ages
- Roughly 20 patients per day
- Basic Primary Care coverage, sick/well visits, physicals, some chronic care coverage such as hypertension/diabetes
- Working alongside IM physician and Nurse Practitioner
- Facility uses EMR, provider must be capable of using electronic records, clinic will provide training
- Oregon medical license required
o Provider can start locum assignment while OR license is processing
- DEA, BLS required
