Community Health Center seeking full-time NP/PA coverage in coastal South Carolina!

A South Carolina Community Health Center is in need of coverage!
Location: southeastern SC (Lowcountry region/coastal)
Contract Dates: ASAP start - ongoing coverage needed (~ 2 week credentialing)
*Lodging + mileage costs covered!
Schedule: 5 Days per week; covering at two clinics (located roughly 10 miles apart)
- M/W/F @ one site, Tues/Thurs @ the other
Hours: M, T, Thurs, Fri 8a-5p; Wed 9:30a-6:30p
Patient Population: clinics do see all ages but majority of patients are 18 +, not required to see PEDS
Case Load/Scope: majority sick visits; standard outpatient primary care/community health cases
- Women’s Health (pap smears required) & they do see some Suboxone patients
Patient Volume: 18-22 per day (scheduled and walk-ins)
- last patient scheduled 45 min. prior to close
EMR system: ECW
- BLS, DEA, SC CSR required
- must be credentialed w/ Medicare & SC Medicaid
