The facility features a supportive team environment with experienced support staff including center managers, medical assistants, and patient service associates.

Opportunity:
Board Certified - Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) - Urgent Care

Job Details:
• Provide urgent care services to adult and pediatric patients (6 months and older)
• Handle high-volume patient care with up to 60 patients per day (average 40 at this location)
• Must have minimum 12 months of experience in urgent care or family practice
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system required - modified training schedule provided
• Perform minor procedures including I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and other urgent care procedures
• Work as sole provider in center with strong support staff team
• Active North Carolina license required (no IMLC accepted)
• Board certification required (NCCPA for PAs, appropriate NP boards for nurse practitioners)
• BLS certification required
• Must complete clinical screening and EMR training/onboarding prior to solo shifts
• Training occurs on designated Wednesdays and is mandatory
• Supervising physician available off-site for advanced practice providers
• No call requirements
• Must maintain positive attitude and excellent soft skills for patient and staff interactions
• Available for support within 60-mile radius of multiple locations if needed
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 20 days

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
