Job description

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner needed full-time in Arizona IHS
- 6-month initial contract, with the ability to extend
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts (8a – 5p with 1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Roughly 15 patients per day
- Outpatient only, no Inpatient requirements
- 6-8 weeks to credential

Provider requirements:
- ANCC/AANP certification
- BLS required
o ACLS/PALS are highly recommended
- Will Accept ANY state medical license
- DEA
