This is a primary outpatient pediatric facility in dire need.
Reason for Need: Provider has to leave the country to visit her mother - just was diagnosed with cancer and needs coverage
Week of Dec 26th for roughly three weeks.. ( Office Closed 26th and 2nd for holidays. 9-5pm hours)
-FNP or a PNP
-5 days a week.
-Can use her Q6 modifier as she will be returning, but if we can't find someone she will have to close her clinic while she is gone.
-Practice Fusion EMR
-Support Staff Available
-Immediate Credentialing Upon Paperwork Completion
-Malpractice& Tail Coverage
