• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Provider is need ASAP until the end of July. Definite opportunity to extend until the end of August
• Practice is in Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
• Client prefers a Nurse Practitioner, PNP or FNP, would settle for Pediatrician of Family Practitioner
• Lodging will be available
• BLS is Required, PALS is not.
• Patient volume is 30 to 50 patients per day
• No procedures required
• 2 Medical Assistants on staff, both are extremely bilingual, so our provider does not need to be bilingual.
• Major Insurance Payers: Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, Banner Health, Aetna.
• They would prefer a provider already paneled with their major payers.
