A Peds Clinic is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located 1.5 hr from Buffalo, New York.

About the clinician's workday

Credentialing is expected to take approximately 30 days. The preferred schedule is Monday-Friday with flexible hours (9-7, 7:30-3:30, or 8-4), and there is openness to a four-day workweek. The provider will see an average of 20-25 pediatric patients per day, ages 0-21. Board certification is preferred but board-eligible candidates may be considered; an active New York license and DEA are required, and Medicaid enrollment is preferred but not mandatory. The role includes support from nursing staff, medical assistants, and a supervising physician. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of pediatric experience.
