Job description

- 2-3 days/week
- Monday - Thursday (11-8PM) is preferred
- All ages (5 and up)
- Evaluations: 1 hour
- Medication Management: 15 mins
- Must be able to prescribe solo
- Must be onsite
- Must be fully vaccinate
- Medicare & NY Medicaid Required

  • 24 hours / week (flexible on days)
  • ASAP start w/ 3 month contract + extension
  • Comfortable seeing all ages
