Job description

• Up to 24 hours total 1-3 days per week. Flexible days
• Must be able to do 11-7p afternoon shift
• ASAP Start
• Onsite required
• Outpatient
o Medication Management and Evaluations
o 15 minute follow ups
o 45-60 min new evals
o Fast paced clinic
• Must see all ages
o Ages 5+
• Must have Medicare/ NY Medicaid

• Must have ability to prescribe solo (3600 hours)
