-Outpatient
-Addiction Medicine
-Provider can be MD/NP/PA
-Schedule: 6am-11am, 2-3 days per week (M-F)
-Support staff of Nurses & Counselors
-Prescribe both Methadone & Suboxone but 95% Methadone
-Evaluations & Medication Management
-SMART EMR
