Job description

A specialized program designed to provide a full range of culturally and linguistically competent mental health treatment to help individuals transition from locked institutions to open living settings is seeking a PMHNP for locum tenens coverage. A majority of these individuals have co-occurring conditions, such as severe medical conditions and/or substance abuse history, and are often identified by mental health systems as hard to reach or under-served populations.
Los Angeles is the best city for experiencing the quintessential endless summer in southern California. On top of that, you will find theme parks, museums, shops, and so many sites to see.
The clinician schedule is 8 hours/week onsite, with the possibility to add more hours. The EMR is EXYM and they also use RXNT for scripts. Hours could be split into 2 half days (4 each) or 1 full 8 hour day.
