Psychiatric Mental Health NP Needed in Southern California

Job description

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months
Location: Provider can choose between Burbank, Riverside, or Anaheim based on preference.

• 100% outpatient adult Psychiatry
• Psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management
• Suicide risk assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Treat mood/anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, chronic pain-related behavioral health concerns, and complex psychiatric conditions
• Collaborative interdisciplinary team with a high degree of clinical autonomy
• Patient-focused model emphasizing quality of care rather than high patient volume
• Minimum 3 years of experience practicing as a Psych NP required — no new grads or candidates with Psych RN experience only

Active California NP License & DEA Required

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days
